The information is stored in our Drupal 9 content management system and Microsoft Azure servers. The information is used to respond to your enquiry and for the purposes of administering any relevant state purchase contracts and their associated panels and registers.

If you do not provide all or part of the information requested, we may not be able to contact you and register you as a supplier. You can request access to, and corrections of, any personal information provided in this form by contacting us.

The information you provide may be disclosed to Victorian Government agencies and other third parties which help us deliver our services, including administering the state purchase contracts and associated panels and registers.
