Important notices
The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) has made several changes to all standard form Victorian Public Construction Contracts and other DTF managed contracts, supporting tender documentation to operationalise the new policy on Reporting Criminal and Unlawful Conduct on Public Construction Projects (Policy). DTF has also developed model clauses to support implementation of the new Policy.
DTF has also published a new Supply Contract for use in public construction together with an accompanying fact sheet. The Supply Contract has been developed to support the procurement of equipment and components (‘Components’) for public construction projects.
All updated contracts and tender documentation are marked ‘December 2025’ and are available at Construction Standard Form Contracts(opens in a new window).
