This new platform provides up-to-date technology to streamline and automate the procurement process. This new system replaces the MarketingOnline system.

Suppliers must apply to the Marketing services register. Supplier details held in MarketingOnline will not transfer to the platform.

The Marketing services register is open. Suppliers can apply at any time.

How suppliers apply to join this register

Suppliers interested in applying to this register need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Agree to the conditions of membership

Review the terms and conditions documents:

Suppliers need to submit the form below to receive a link to register.

Step 2: Complete the online application documents

Login to the eProcurement platform to gain access to the application documents.

Complete all of the application documents covering:

  • Experience and scope
  • Financial viability
  • Conflict of interest
  • Ceiling rates
  • Insurance details and certificates

Step 3: Submit application

Submit all application documents through the eProcurement platform at the same time.

Step 4: Outcome of application

Check the supplier profile on the eProcurement platform for listing on marketing services register. A notification will be sent through the platform if any application documents are declined.

The information is used to respond to your enquiry and for the purposes of administering any relevant state purchase contracts and their associated panels and registers. The information is collected via the Drupal 9 content management system and stored on the Microsoft Azure platform. If you do not provide all or part of the information requested, we may not be able to contact you and register you as a supplier. You can request access to, and corrections of, any personal information provided in this form by contacting us.

The information you provide may be disclosed to Victorian Government agencies and other third parties which help us deliver our services, including administering the state purchase contracts and associated panels and registers. How applications are assessed

The Department of Treasury and Finance assesses applications made to the Marketing services register.
