The Marketing Services Register (MSR) will move to Digital Marketplace on 1 July 2025.
Suppliers must create an account on the Supplier Hub and re-apply for the MSR by 26 June 2025. Existing data will not be migrated to Supplier Hub.

How suppliers apply to join this register
Suppliers interested in applying to this register need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Agree to the conditions of membership
Review the terms and conditions documents:
- Supplier prequalification terms for the Marketing services register
- Supplier agreement for the provision of marketing services

Suppliers need to submit the form below to receive a link to register.
Step 2: Complete the online application documents
Login to the eProcurement platform to gain access to the application documents.
Complete all of the application documents covering:
- Experience and scope
- Financial viability
- Conflict of interest
- Ceiling rates
- Insurance details and certificates
Step 3: Submit application
Submit all application documents through the eProcurement platform at the same time.
Step 4: Outcome of application
Check the supplier profile on the eProcurement platform for listing on marketing services register. A notification will be sent through the platform if any application documents are declined.
