VendorPanel launched for marketing services register 

This new platform provides up-to-date technology to streamline and automate the procurement process. This new system replaces the MarketingOnline system. 

Suppliers must apply to the Marketing services register. Supplier details held in MarketingOnline will not transfer to VendorPanel. 

The Marketing services register is open. Suppliers can apply at any time.

How suppliers apply to join this register

Suppliers interested in applying to this register need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Agree to the conditions of membership

Review the terms and conditions documents:

  • Supplier prequalification terms for the Marketing services register
  • Supplier agreement for the provision of marketing services 

These documents are provided in the Conditions of membership to this register section below.

Suppliers need to submit the form below to receive a link to register.

Step 2: Complete the online application documents

Login to VendorPanel to gain access to the application documents.

Complete all of the application documents covering:

  • Experience and scope
  • Financial viability 
  • Conflict of interest
  • Ceiling rates 
  • Insurance details and certificates

Step 3: Submit application

Submit all application documents through VendorPanel at the same time.

Step 4: Outcome of application

Check the supplier profile on VendorPanel for listing on marketing services register. A notification will be sent through VendorPanel if any application documents are declined.

We use the services of Drupal 8 to administer this form. The information that you provide is stored in our Drupal 8 content management system and Amazon Web Services servers and purged monthly.

VendorPanel collection notice

Personal information you give to the register (including the supplier registration) is maintained by the Victorian Government's contractor outside Victoria and may be held, used or disclosed in accordance with the contractor's privacy statement and supplier agreement. By entering data into the register, you are accepting the conditions and providing the warranties set out in that privacy statement, including a warranty that any person whose personal information you enter into the register consents to the use, disclosure and transfer outside Victoria as described in the statement.

After you submit this form, you will receive an email with a link to register for the Marketing services register on VendorPanel and you can proceed with step 2.

How applications are assessed

The Department of Treasury and Finance assesses applications made to the Marketing services register.

The assessment process can take, up to 10 working days in general.
