How buyers use this contract

Anyone using this contract must follow the rules of use.

Buyers must raise a Participation Form for each supplier and each service tower as required. One Participation Form can only cover one supplier and one service tower.

Buyers are able to raise multiple Purchase Orders under one Participation Form, as required.

Step 1: Find the supplier for the services you need

Each supplier specialises in one or more areas. Choose the right supplier for the services you need.

Step 2: Complete a Participation Form

Complete a Participation Form for your chosen supplier and the service tower that you require to purchase from.

A Participation Form is not a financial obligation and doesn’t commit you to using any services.

The Participation Form process is complete when:

  • the customer and supplier have signed the form
  • a reference number is provided by your supplier

The reference number is allocated based on the service tower you are looking to purchase from.

Step 3: Complete a Purchase Order form

The Purchase Order can only be raised if a Participation Form for that tower with your selected supplier has already been signed.

Complete the Purchase Order form by listing all the services you would like to purchase and the name of the supplier you have chosen.

The Purchase Order must be signed and witnessed and sent to your supplier in order to commence and confirm your purchase.

Contact your selected supplier if you require assistance to complete your purchase order.
